Effingham County Animal Shelter Renovation- Construction

Effingham County is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation and expansion of the existing Effingham County Animal Shelter located at 307 Highway 119 South, Springfield, Georgia. The project includes interior renovations to the current facility, construction of new building additions, and associated site and utility improvements. Work will involve architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil components necessary to modernize the shelter, expand animal housing areas, upgrade building systems, and improve site circulation and parking. All work shall be completed in accordance with the final construction documents prepared by Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC).
