RFP - Design and Installation of Splash Pad - Leawood, KS

Sealed Proposals shall be received by the City of Leawood, Kansas, at the office of the Parks, Recreation & Arts Assistant Director, Marisa Shartzer until the above time, for the construction of DESIGN & INSTALLATION OF SPLASH PAD, said work to include: Demolition, removal, design and installation of a splash pad in Leawood’s Aquatic Center that is located within Leawood City Park located at 10601 Lee Boulevard.

All Proposals (a minimum of two printed and one digital on USB drive) shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Marisa Shartzer, City of Leawood, 4800 Town Center Drive, Leawood, Kansas 66211, and shall be clearly marked DESIGN & INSTALLATION OF SPLASH PAD. Proposals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. Finalists selected to proceed in the process will be notified by March 24, 2026. Contract award is tentatively slated for the Governing Body meeting on April 20, 2026.
