Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Professional Services

City of Anaheim (City) Public Works Department (PWD) Operations and Maintenance Fleet Services Division (OMFSD) is seeking a consultant to assist with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Professional Services . The scope of services is described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) document.

Anaheim is a full-service city supporting more than 346,000 residents, 24,000 businesses and 25 million annual visitors. The City provides public safety through the Anaheim Police Department and Anaheim Fire & Rescue, water and power service through Anaheim Public Utilities, parks, community centers, family services and libraries through Anaheim Community Services, neighborhood and transportation improvements through Anaheim Public Works and community revitalization through Community & Economic Development.

The City is seeking Proposal(s) from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services (“Services”) related to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Title VI of the Civil Right Act for all City Departments.
