The County of Burlington has issued a solicitation of bids titled "Long Bridge Park Playground Construction" (CPU-26-0053). The bid specifications and plans are available for download by prospective bidders under the "Attachments" tab within the solicitation located at
https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. Bid documents and forms must be downloaded and submitted in their original format. Any bid modified from the original format will not be accepted.
GREEN ACRES PROGRAM: Please be advised that State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized in this project. Under N.J.A.C. 7:1-5, vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation on this project.
All bids shall be submitted electronically at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. The County shall not accept any bid submissions via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery. Any physical bid delivered will be returned to the sender unopened. The County is not responsible for any bid not submitted on time. The County is not responsible for any internet or electronic issues that may include, but not be limited to, connection issues, technical difficulties, errors, power outages, etc.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
All solicitations are subject to change. Bidders are advised to check the County's eProcurement system periodically for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date.
The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, County holidays excluded.
AN IN-PERSON PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS SCHEDULED FOR 10/07/2026 AT 10:00 A.M. (LOCAL TIME) IN THE COMMISSIONER'S BOARD ROOM LOCATED AT 49 RANCOCAS ROAD, 1ST FLOOR, MOUNT HOLLY, NJ 08060. ATTENDANCE IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT MANDATORY.
