Project Description: Herriman City is seeking bids for the construction of the Main Street Turf Conversion project. This project will replace approximately 73,000 square feet of spray irrigated sod in the medians and park strips on Herriman Main Street with more water efficient drip irrigated planters. The work includes but is not limited to removal of sod, haul off and disposal, conversion of spray irrigation to drip irrigation, replacement of dead trees, planting of new trees, planting of shrubs and bushes, and placement of weed barrier and rock mulch. The bidding process will be managed through the Utah Public Procurement Place website. Bidders may obtain Contract Documents by clicking on the link “For Vendors” at http://purchasing.utah.gov/. These documents will be made available on the website on May 19th, 2025, at 10:00am, an optional Pre-bid Meeting will be held May 28, 2025, at 2:00pm, and the Bid Opening will be June 10, 2025, at 11:30am.
