The Government anticipates a single award fixed priced contract for OWCP Wide Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Services on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP).
AMENDMENT 0002- January 13, 2025
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows
- To provide answers to Questions received in response to Amendment 0001
- To delete the previous solicitation posted in Amendment 0001 and replace with the solicitation in Amendment 0002. Vendors are encouraged to review the Solicitation-Amendment 0002 in its entirety.
- To delete the following language in Block 20 of the SF 1449: “Services provided under this contract are subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). The applicable WD will be provided upon award as an attachment once the vendor's location is determined.”
- To include language related to the Service Contract Act Labor Standards in the Price Instructions
- To extend the due date and time for receipt of proposals from January 21, 2025 to February 3, 2025 at noon
