The Government anticipates a single award fixed priced contract for OWCP Wide Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Services on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP).
AMENDMENT 0002- January 13, 2025
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows

To provide answers to Questions received in response to Amendment 0001

To delete the previous solicitation posted in Amendment 0001 and replace with the solicitation in Amendment 0002. Vendors are encouraged to review the Solicitation-Amendment 0002 in its entirety.

To delete the following language in Block 20 of the SF 1449: “Services provided under this contract are subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). The applicable WD will be provided upon award as an attachment once the vendor's location is determined.”

To include language related to the Service Contract Act Labor Standards in the Price Instructions

To extend the due date and time for receipt of proposals from January 21, 2025 to February 3, 2025 at noon
