INVITATION TO PROPOSAL
RFP Reference No. 26 - 15
City of Henderson, Request for Proposal (RFP) for 1.) Health Benefits - Third-Party
Administration (TPA) and 2.) Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) services. All qualified
and eligible vendors who are interested in participating may reach out via email to the
Bim Group, employee benefits consultants representing the City of Henderson. Ashley
Wright will be the main point of contact and may be emailed at ashleyw@bimgroup.us
for additional information. Qualified vendors will be provided a copy of the RFP(s)
upon request. Requested RFP responses may be bundled (medical and pharmacy) or
unbundled. All vendor responses are due to Bim Group by 12 noon CST on 5/8/26.
The bids are being solicited pursuant to KRS 45A.365.
