Non-Mandatory Site Visit: September 16, 2026 at 8:00 AM (MT)
A non-mandatory site visit to various Wells included in this proposal will be organized on September 16th, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. All interested participants are required to arrive at the Upper Valley Water Treatment Plant (WTP), 9070 N Vinton Rd, Anthony, TX 79821, before the start time of the site visit. Anyone interested in attending the site visit can contact (915) 541-6224 on the day of site visit if they have any questions.
