The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to request for quote (RFQ) 36C25926Q0110 is to extend the quote deadline, post additional attachments, update Performance Work Statement (PWS) Dated 2.12 and answer vendor questions from the site visit:
Quote deadline is hereby extended to 16:00 MT on February 27, 2026. Please submit quotes to BOTH natasha.holland@va.gov and noaa.lanotte@va.gov by the deadline. All quotes must contain all required information from the instructions outlined in the RFQ.
Offerors must submit acknowledgement of all amendments
Quoter shall acknowledge all posted follow-on amendments and their attachments as part of their quote submission as necessary in the table below. It is the responsibility of the quoting company to review all amendments, their attachments and update all quotes as necessary. Failure to knowledge all amendments may result in quote being determined to be non-compliant.
