TAMAMI WELL HOUSE ROOFS AND HATCHS (TAM#1) and (TAM#3).

The County is requesting a quote to remove and replace 2 complete Roofs and Roof Hatches The hatches are utilized to remove pumps and motors through the roof for maintenance. Contractor will submit a shop drawing on the hatch they would like to use after issuance of the purchase order, but before the hatch is ordered. A picture of the hatch is attached and made a part of this request for quote. Contractors will be responsible to cover the equipment inside the building including the electrical cabinets to ensure no dust or derbies enter these critical pieces of equipment. The roof replacements will include all fascia boards. Contractors will also be responsible for painting the ceiling and the outside fascia. County will supply the color, and the contractor will submit a paint sample prior to purchase of the paint. Contractor is responsible for all disposal of debris, including the old roof and hatch
