Synopsis:
|
|
The City of Prince Albert is seeking a Bidder to complete a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) to fulfil federal funding requirements. The successful Bidder will follow the federal HNA template (Attachment 1) and meet all requirements, including engagement with key stakeholders in the housing sector such non-profit housing providers, developers, and public entities, as well as those with specific lived experiences, to develop a comprehensive HNA. The HNA should provide a general overview of income, housing, and economic characteristics of Prince Albert, and be able to convey how many housing units are needed by income category, household size and dwelling type over the next ten years, and carefully consider the past growth trends and future demographic projections including recent immigration patterns, aging population dynamics, and economic trends.
