AMENDMENT 1: extends the solicitation due date to December 4, 2024 by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Offerors providing a quote package are requested to sign/date this SF30 and submit it with your quote package.

Instructions to Offerors: Complete blocks 17 and 30a-c of the SF1449, and the Schedule of Items in Section B. Submit a Technical Proposal, which includes a Quality Control Plan and Work Plan to meet the contract requirements. Provide past performances, and complete other requirements in Sections E and F of the solicitation.
