2026 Street Restoration Project

Project Description: Capital Region Water will receive sealed bids via the online PennBid Procurement Portal https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/, for 2026 Street Restoration Project, until Monday, June 1, 2026, 1:00 p.m., at which time the Bids received will be opened online through the PennBid Program. A complete proposal packet may be obtained online, at no cost, at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
Capital Region Water intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder as determined by Capital Region Water’s Board of Directors in the best interest of Capital Region Water.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held online virtually at 9:00AM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Individuals interested in attending the pre-bid meeting must send an email request in advance to micaela.swart@capitalregionwater.com. Representatives of Capital Region Water will be available to discuss the Project.
Capital Region Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a Bid or the Bid procedure; and to accept any Bid which it may deem to be for or in the best interest of Capital Region Water.
