Project Overview:
DeWitt Charter Township is seeking proposals for the installation of a black vinyl coated chain-link fence to replace the original fence around the cemetery property. Removal of the existing fence will be completed by the Township prior to installation of the new fence.
Scope of Work:
Installation of a 4-foot high black vinyl coated chain-link fence approximately 280 feet in length, located on the existing property line, including a double gate over an existing roadway. An additional double gate to be installed at a separate location in the cemetery. (See attached map for additional information.)
Submission
Requirements:
Interested parties are invited to submit proposals meeting the following criteria:

Detailed description of the proposed fencing and approach to installation

Itemized cost estimate, including materials, labor, equipment, and any additional expenses.

Timeline for project completion, including key milestones.

Qualifications and experience of the proposing organization, including relevant past projects.

Proposed warranty and maintenance plan for the installed fence.

Compliance with all relevant local regulations and codes.

Review Process:
Proposals will be evaluated based on adherence to submission requirements, proposed approach, cost-effectiveness, and qualifications of the proposing organization. The Township reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from proposers.
