Description:

Phase 1: Upgrades to select treatment systems at the WWTF, including portions of the headworks (select grit processing components), septage receiving facilities, secondary clarifiers, return and waste sludge systems, and associated process components. The project also includes general site improvements, demolition of two existing bio-oxidation towers, renovation of the existing Operations Building, construction of a new Maintenance Building, instrumentation, and electrical upgrades.
