Project Description: Louisville Metro/Jefferson County is seeking qualified firms for a design build project for a recently acquired building at 2006 Northwestern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40203. This will include renovations to the existing building to include: interior work, restroom and breakroom renovations, water/sprinkler service, electrical and data service.
