Amendment 0005: The purpose of Amendment (0005) is to revise Section C, Statement of Work, Paragraph 4, to incorporate a list of all applicable MEOs associated with DMWR-1-2915-361&P. See Amd 0005 attachment for full details.



Amendment 0004: The purpose of Amendment (0004) is to revise the solicitation from a five (5) year IDIQ to a three (3) year IDIQ, decrease the maximum estimated quantity from 3,000 each to 1,500 each, and remove the FMS requirement. See Amd 0004 attachment for full details.



Amendment 0003: The purpose of this Amendment (0003) is to extend the proposal due date from 16 June 2025 to 11 July 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchange.



Amendment 0002: The purpose of this Amendment (0002) is to extend the proposal due date from 30 May 2025 to 16 June 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchange.



Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment (0001) is to extend the proposal due date from 12 May 2025 to 30 May 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
