Description:

This will include but not limited to removal, disposal and replacement of both the main roof and flat roof portion of the old roof, removal of bad or rotten boards. It also will include the removal and replacement of the fascia and soffit of the perimeter. See scope of work at the end of this section. Submission date has been extended due to hurricane Helene.
