Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2026-015 Dallas Street (Waco Neighborhood Bike & Ped) Project (CSJ: 0909-22-15). Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday May 28, 2026. The dual effort of the City of Waco and TxDOT project is located along Dallas Street from Waco Drive to Elm Avenue and Chestnut Street from Sherman Street to the cul-de-sac. The proposed work consists of improvements to the storm drainage system, upgrading water and sewer utilities, full depth street reconstruction, development of on-street parking and bike lanes, widening sidewalks, ADA Ramps, pedestrian lighting, and landscaping.
