Scope of Services
The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management at Risk firms for the Cruise Terminal 10 Landside Improvement project (RFP-25-16 / PN 25-045B) for the Canaveral Port Authority, Cape Canaveral, Florida. Preconstruction services, establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and the potential execution of a GMP Amendment will be required. The project includes improvements to accommodate larger vessels with capacities of approximately 7,000 passengers. An expansion of the building to provide additional queueing areas, improve the passenger security screening, general (750 seats) and VIP (250 seats) passenger seating, and a separate building for luggage laydown area is anticipated. Minimum work is planned for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Federal Inspection Service (FIS) area. The cruise terminal will not cease operations during construction. The improvements will be completed in phases during non-ship days or night shifts.
