Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals through competitive
negotiation to establish a contract for Groundwater and Surface Water Sampling and
Reporting for the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services
(DPWES), Solid Waste Management Program (SWMP) and the Department of Vehicle Services
(DVS).
