Description

Stony Mountain Institution is requesting tenders to provide Elevator Maintenance Services to the institution’s elevator models as per the applicable codes and standards.

The Contractor must:

Furnish all necessary tools, (including but not limited to programming, diagnostic and site-specific specialty devices), equipment, materials and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades and service the elevating devices.

Complete inspections monthly, quarterly, annually, every 3 years and every 5 years in accordance with the most current version of CAN/CSA-B44 Safety Code for Elevators and B355 Lifts for Persons with Physical Disabilities.

Complete inspections following local Bylaws, Elevating Devices Branch, and the original manufacturer’s recommendations.
