The Woodlands Township seeks Proposals from qualified entities to enter a Public-Private Partnership (P3) for the development, operation and activation of a fully lighted Short Golf Course (9 holes) with accompanying food and beverage operations, site amenities, activity areas and programming designed to retain users for approximately two hours per visit. The proposed facility will occupy approximately 50 acres of the northern portion of the 208-acre South Gosling Tract, located adjacent to Spring Creek. The development must reflect the high standards and aesthetic character of The Woodlands and be accessible and inviting to both residents and visitors.
