| Synopsis | Professional Engineering Design Services – Starratt & Yellow Bluff Rd Intersection - The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services for the Starratt Road and Yellow Bluff Road Intersection Improvement project. This solicitation is for design services only and is locally funded with no federal participation. A Concept Design Plan prepared by others establishes the general project intent, and the selected Consultant shall advance the concept into a complete, coordinated, and biddable set of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The project consists of intersection and roadway improvements within the existing right-of-way and may include milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, lighting, traffic signal improvements, drainage improvements, and associated appurtenances, along with required utility coordination, permitting, and bid support. |
