This project is bid following the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The City of Owasso reserves the right to reject all proposals. The bidder with the successful bid will be required to enter into a Contract with the City of Owasso and execute all necessary bonds (Statutory, Performance, and Maintenance) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, provide proof of insurance, as well as comply with all appropriate city, state, and federal codes and ordinances.
A Bid Bond is NOT required for this project.
