- Summary:The Pedlar Reservoir Generator and Electrical Improvements Project occurs at the City’s Pedlar Reservoir and involves coordination with Appalachian Power to provide a new electrical service routed from the existing transformer to the utility company CT cabinet, consolidation of four existing electrical services into a single service from the existing transformer, installation of a new electrical service concrete pad to house the new generator, fuel oil tank, and electrical equipment, installation of a new 50 kW generator and 500-gallon fuel oil storage tank, installation of new distribution panels equipped with 3 pole circuit breakers dedicated for each building along with new electrical feeders, and installation of all associated and supporting civil and site work for the electrical improvements.
