This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small and large businesses to provide specialized services in support of realistic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) training exercises.
The North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG) is searching for firms located within 40 miles of Robins AFB (KWRB) that can provide CBRN training exercises. As part of its market research, NDARNG is issuing this sources sought to determine if there are qualified contractors capable of providing this requirement. The government may use the responses to this sources sought for information and planning purposes.
Attached is a copy of the performance work statement (PWS).
Please complete the attached Sources Sought Information form and return with your positive response. The following is the suggested NAICS code: 611699 – All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction.
Responses to this sources sought must show their capabilities in meeting this requirement as a whole event.
Responses to this sources sought are not quotes on which the NDARNG can issue any contract. This sources sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFQ. The government does not intend to award a contract or BPAs based only on responses to this sources sought.
All information received in response to this sources sought marked “proprietary” will be protected and handles accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
Responses to the sources sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this sources sought. NDARNG will not pay for information received in response to this sources sought.
