HPE Carepaq Support Annual Renewal FY26

This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) designated solicitation. Only bids from vendors who have active Certified Small Business (CSB) Certificates uploaded to their eMMA profile will be considered.

Any bidder who is not on the Master Contractor List (Hewlett Packard) must provide a Letter of Agreement to verify their authorization to resell the product. Please note that all bidders must be on the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 solicitation for their bids to be considered for awarding.

This is a Green Purchasing solicitation. Only bidders who provide EPEAT-Registered Silver or Gold or TCO Certified products for handling IT Equipment and Hardware will be considered. Please review the "Green Product Requirements" section in Section 1 of the PORFP documentation attached for more details on requirements.

Please fill out Attachment P in your submission with your company information and listing "N/A," even though it isn't applicable. This is for record and statement of confirmation that the solicitation isn't applicable to the terms. Please fill out Attachment K as well in similar fashion.

If you are planning to submit a no bid, please send an email to smurrill@mdot.maryland.gov confirming your No-Bid response even if you already uploaded one on eMMA. This will guarantee that the solicitation doesn't close with all no-bids responses and will be extended before closing.
