Project Description: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 183 linear feet of 30-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), including excavation and replacement of associated soils. Installation of helical piles and all required support materials to accommodate a new headwall, manhole, and the replacement RCP. Replacement of a 20-foot section of the existing 6-inch asbestos cement (AC) water main that crosses above the culvert with an insulated 8-inch ductile iron pipe. Roadway improvements consisting of full-depth reconstruction of a 100-foot section of Hawes Avenue centered over the culvert, as well as milling and overlaying approximately 1,029 linear feet of pavement from Ocean Street to Estey Avenue. All disturbed areas, including marsh, beach, and roadside shoulders, shall be restored to pre-construction conditions.
