The purpose of this solicitation for IFB 1412198278 - Replacement of Sodium Hypochlorite Tanks at Community Hall Water Treatment Plant (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to supply and provide the removal, installation, and testing services of two (2) chemical storage tanks as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
