Project Description: Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors (bidders) to provide chiller sales and installation services for two chillers at its Riverside Apartments property located at 610 South 900 West in Salt Lake City. The chiller specifications are found in the attached IFB Document and attached Scope of Work and Specifications. HASLC requests that bidders provide bids for the replacement of both chillers in phases so that it can replace them individually, or simultaneously, depending upon price and the availability of funding.
