The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit services from respondents that are qualified to provide medical cost containment services for the Crime Victims’ Compensation (CVC) Program. The CVC Program is responsible for administering the Crime Victims’ Compensation services for the State of Texas as mandated by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 56B (hereinafter referred to as “CVC Act”).
