The Lowell Housing Authority invites the submittal of bids from experienced firms for Drain and Sewer Cleaning Services agency wide.
The Contractor will provide all delivery equipment, fuel, labor, materials, transportation, trucks, vehicles, recordings and and/all other services necessary to provide drain and sewer cleaning services throughout the agency in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. Additionally, the awarded Contractor will provide drain and sewer cleaning services of the highest and best quality that are competitively prices and delivered in a timely manner. Finally, the awarded Contractor must have experience and an established, credible reputation for servicing large volume, multiple location customers on an as needed basis for a three-year contract term.
