PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
The White River Regional Solid Waste Management District (WRSWMD), is interested in acquiring the services of an engineer to provide the necessary services for the closure of an existing permitted tire landfill/monofill located in White County, Arkansas.
The selected firm will provide professional engineering, environmental, permitting, design, inspection and closure certification services associated with the final closure of the permitted facility with all applicable Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) regulations and permit requirements.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from Tracy Wallis, WRSWMD, by calling 870-793 5233 or emailing Tracy@wrpdd.org . Responses should be submitted to WRSWMD, P.O. Box 2396, Batesville, AR 72503, (4441 Harrison Street, 72501) or by email to mitzi@wrpdd.org , no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
All respondents must be registered and active in sam.gov .
