Request for Qualifications
The City of Ozark, Missouri, (City) is seeking a qualified Commercial Real Estate Broker firm to provide services for acquiring or selling property for the City. The City requires expertise in property acquisition, disposition, leasing, market analysis, and strategic guidance to support municipal initiatives. The selected agent/firm will collaborate closely with City staff to ensure strategic, transparent, and efficient real estate transactions that benefit the public and municipal objectives.
The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit written statements from interested brokers of their qualifications. Based on an evaluation of responses to this RFQ, a broker will be selected and invited to participate in further discussion and negotiation of a contract agreement for the services requested. The City’s full RFQ and draft form services contract is available on the City’s website at, www. ozarkmissouri.com and shall be used in contracting for these services.
Sealed responses shall be hand delivered or mailed and visibly marked “Sealed RFQ for Real Estate Broker Services” that includes five (5) copies and one (1) electronic version on a USB drive of a letter of interest and statement of qualifications addressed to: Chandra Hodges, City Clerk, P.O.
