Project Description: The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) requests interested parties to submit sealed Bids for the purpose of establishing a contract and obtaining firm fixed prices to perform SOLID WASTE AND RECYLCING COLLECTION SERVICES for SERVICE AREAS 1-4
The AUTHORITY has applied an SBE Subcontracting Goal in this procurement of twenty percent (20%) goal for SBE Subcontracting participation. Failure to meet the API requirement will deem the BIDDER’S response as non-responsive.
A Non-Mandatory PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025, AT 10:00 AM EST in the SWA Auditorium located in the AUTHORITY’s Administrative Offices located at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL. 33412, open to all interested parties.
