This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to Providing a Small Electric Utility Vehicle which meets the below defined specifications. The delivery site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685.

Additional Instructions

Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to Provide a Utility Tractor as defined in the attached Specifications entitled " JPPM SMALL ELECTRIC UTILITY VEHICLE " and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the:

Offerors must submit a proposal to eMMA or by email and be received no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, March 2, 2026 . Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.

The proposal package must be submitted according to Section III, "Bid Submission Packet", and must include:

  1. The Invitation for Bid form, completed according to Section XIII, "Pricing".
  2. Completed "Bid Affidavit Form".
  3. Completed "Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form".
  4. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
