Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for construction services for the following project:
Project Description: The Ogden Regional Center is a 88,150 sq ft single level facility to house multiple state agencies. This phase includes the remodel of 14,520 sq ft of the building for the DMV, common hallway, bathrooms, partial HVAC, roof, and paving.
Construction Cost Estimate: $7,800,000.00
