Overview:
This task order will consist of services associated with the Propane Supply. Services shall include refueling of propane tanks, fixing/replacing of any tanks with issues, installing tanks and all necessary equipment/parts and removing tanks that are no longer necessary. All and any exceptions shall be submitted in writing.
Key Elements:
The work includes but is not limited to: Work shall consist of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment and materials in performing all operations in connection with the installation, relocation, and refueling of propane tanks in various locations throughout the depot, stated in enclosed specifications. At the conclusion of the contract period, vendor-owned tanks must be removed and taken.
A: Contractor shall install the following tanks at locations stated below:

B: Contractor shall fill above cylinders for the duration of the contract term and remove when contract is terminated.
C: Contractor must furnish all necessary piping, fittings, regulators and hardware to connect to existing propane supply piping
D: All installations must comply with federal and local codes. The codes can be found in paragraph 2.1.
E: Contractor shall ensure ample fuel supply for all heating systems. Delivery must be at a minimum of once in a two-week period or sooner if necessary.

F. Contractor shall relocate tanks as-needed to meet building or regulatory demands.
G: Contractor shall connect all grounding cables and ensure tanks and piping are properly grounded.
H: Contractor shall respond to any emergency within a response time of 4 hours.
I: Contractor shall visit the site of the work, check all dimensions and otherwise acquaint himself with all the details and conditions affecting the work, quantities and type of
materials and all factors to meet the purpose and intent of these specifications and the
terms of the contract.
J. At the end of contractual period, if a follow-on contract is not utilized, all vendor- owned tanks will be removed by the vendor and taken away.
