Project Description: The Cherokee County School District (District) is soliciting proposals from experienced, qualified architectural firms (Architect) to provide architectural design services. The District intends to qualify multiple Architects; however, it also reserves the right to qualify one(1) Architect or no Architects for this RFP.
The District has established the following goals:
a. To ensure all facilities allow for equitable access to education across the District;
b. To maximize efficiency in facilities utilization across the District;
c. To address facility/space needs throughout the District in an efficient and cost-effective manner, that provides for ease of maintenance, while minimizing disruptions; and
d. To provide educational facilities that promote safe and secure learning environments.
Upon receipt and analysis of all proposals, proposers may be selected to meet with the RFP Committee for an oral in-person presentation regarding their proposal and qualifications. Selected proposers will be notified prior to the presentation.
