Title: Flow Monitor Maintenance Program
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 5/4/2026
Due Date: 5/19/2026
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to provide preventative maintenance services, repairs, and related parts for repairs, as-needed, for thirty (30) city-owned Triton+ flow monitors and 20 rain gauges. The City will identify and provide the high-inflow locations that require monitoring. Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from all devices via Portable Document Format (PDF) or Excel Spreadsheet to ensure the devices remain operational.
The city has been buying flow monitors and rain gauges since we entered into the consent order in 2019. We have maintained parts, equipment, and data in house. We are now looking to subcontract the maintenance, and part repairs, as well as data analytics to a 365-day monitoring program. This was recommended by a consultant on our 10-year plan to help minimize the Inflow and infiltration for the sanitary sewer and to help plan future recommendations.
