Davis Constructors & Engineers is soliciting proposals from interested Subcontractors and Suppliers for the renovation of the north entrance to the UAA Consortium Library along with the addition of High Density Shelving and improvements to several other areas within the library.  The scope of work for this project is: demolish portions of the north entrance to the UAA Consortium Library, demolition of select portions of levels 1, 2, 3 and a small portion of the “old core’ building, addition of a new 3 story north entrance to include a freight elevator, addition of High-Density Shelving, mechanical system upgrades and various improvements to several other areas within the library.
