Attorney Translation Consultant

The Judicial Council intends to award one (1) or more master agreements per language or for languages combined (“Master Agreements”), each with an initial term of three (3) years, commencing on the effective date set forth on the master agreement coversheet with two (2) one-year options to renew, which option(s) may be exercised by the Judicial Council in its sole discretion any time prior to the expiration of the initial term or any option term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Judicial Council in its sole discretion may decide to make no award.

Description

The Judicial Council seeks the services of one (1) or more attorney consultants, with exemplary Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese speaking and writing skills, to review the accuracy and completeness of materials translated from English, including but not limited to: court forms, documents, correspondence, posters, brochures, and other informative materials, web content, and software application text (including but not limited to Drupal). As applicable, the attorney consultant will also make recommendations regarding revisions of the said material.
