The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a street rehabilitation project including storm drainage and sanitary sewer system improvements. The work consists of roadway excavation, pavement grinding, grading, preparing sub-grade, placing salvaged asphaltic grindings for re-use as base material, placing Class 2 aggregate base and asphalt concrete paving for street reconstruction and overlay; construction and/or reconstruction of curb and gutter, cross gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches and curb ramps; storm drain improvements; sanitary sewer improvements; raising/adjusting manholes, valve boxes, and utility boxes to new finished grade; traffic striping and markings and all other work shown on the plans for the segments of 19th Street, Alder Street, and Alley between 2nd Street & 4th Street.
