NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS - PRESCOTT LANE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a sidewalk improvements project along Prescott Lane between Devisadero Street and Forest Avenue. The work consists of roadway excavation, demo and removal of existing concrete, grading and subgrade preparation for construction and/or reconstruction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches and curb ramps, including pavement conform strips and driveway transition areas. Miscellaneous work includes reconstructing a catch basin, adjusting existing utility boxes to new finished grade and all other work shown on the plans.
