Install new plantings. Remove and reset granite curb. Cleanly sawcut asphalt drive and patch drive aisle. Remove existing iron fence, refurbish and repair fence, reinstall iron fence. Purchase and install new site amenities. Erosion control measures and temporary construction fence. Misc. associated site improvements and grading.
