Description
The C-130 FMS Contracting Office, AFMC AFLCMC/WLNKB, is issuing this notification as a means of providing Industry with pertinent information regarding upcoming Industry Day on 21 – 25 April 2025 at the Clark AB, Philippines. The Industry Day will be held at the Swissotel Clark Philippines hotel conference room and the location will be provided to the responders interested in providing a presentation on their software. The event will start at 0900 and end at 1600 local time daily. The expected outcome is that the software has the capability to effectively plan, manage and optimize required resource availability in the performance of the Lockheed Service Manual Publication (SMP) 515-C Inspection Program activities.

Ability to create and manage work cards, estimate workload schedules, identify required tools, equipment, technical data, and manpower requirements to effectively forecast workload planning and scheduling.

This notification will continue to be updated as new information to be shared with Industry arises.
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING INDUSTRY DAY/REGISTRATION/ATTENDANCE:
-
Each vendor will be restricted to two personnel per company, and it is highly suggested that at least one, if not both attendees, are technical representatives.
-
A conference room will be provided with adequate audio/visual equipment for the vendor’s presentation. Any additional equipment required (mobile tablets, etc) for the vendor’s presentation must be provided by the vendor.

Each vendor will be allotted 2 – 3 hours for their presentation and a question/answer session. No other vendors will be present except for the vendor that is presenting during their allotted time.

A site visit to Clark AB may or may not occur to visit the hangar facilities. If a Clark AB site visit is approved, the attendees must submit their passport bio page (picture page) to the PK POC for base access at the time the vendor responds to this Industry Day request.

Companies having an interest in attending the C-130 FMS Depot Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Tracking Software Industry Day must send an email to william.blunk.3@us.af.mil or via phone (478) – 955 – 0551 by 28 March 2025. The email must provide the business name, address, attendee name(s), a point of contact phone number and email address. The subject line of the email should read “Industry Day - C-130 FMS Depot Maintenance Software– Company Name”.

Specifics, including directions, agenda, question forms, and ground rules will be provided by email upon approved registration. All attendees must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. This visit WILL NOT be rescheduled if cancelled due to weather or any other Acts of God. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice.
