The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks Contractors for multiple non-personal services Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction quality assurance (QA) materials sampling and testing management services as well as weld inspection management services. The Government intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts for these services, in order to have multiple qualified vendors available. The IDIQs will be for 5 years with 5 ordering periods lasting one year each.
The place of performance for field work for all task orders will be within the boundaries of the St. Paul District. The St. Paul District AOR includes portions of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. The laboratories used by the Contractor to perform sampling and testing under this IDIQ contract shall be validated by the USACE Materials Testing Center (USACEMTC) for each test performed. The list of validated USACE-MTC laboratories and the tests for which the laboratories are validated can be found at https://mtc.erdc.dren.mil/searchvalidation.aspx.
Please complete the Price Schedule (pgs 3-7). If your firm is not ERDC certified to perform tests, please do not price those items.

OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
This solicitation is Unrestricted. There are no size limitations for the firms eligible for contract award.
Quotes must be RECEIVED no later than the Offer Due Date/Time listed in the SAM.gov solicitation posting.
Quotes received after the deadline are considered late, and may not be considered for award.
Labs performing material tests must be ERDC certified for each test (except for items 0012, 0075-0086). Lab
certifications may be viewed at https://mtc.erdc.dren.mil/searchvalidation.aspx
