Description
The City of Nanaimo invites Proposals from qualified Contractors for the supply and installation of equipment for the Audiovisual System Phase 3 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, 101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo, British Columbia, as further described in this RFP No. 3638 Document and as detailed in Appendix A Audio System Specifications Phase 3 V1.03 and Appendix B: Audiovisual Drawings Phase 3, dated 2025-04-17
A mandatory pre-proposal site meeting is scheduled as follows:
Meeting Place: Vancouver Island Conference Centre
101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo, BC
Meeting Date: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
Meeting Start Time: 1:00 p.m., Pacific Time (Sharp)
Special Instructions: Proponents are to meet inside the entrance doors located at 101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo, BC. Please must arrive on time.

The RFP Documents are available on the City of Nanaimo bids&tenders website by copying and pasting the following hyperlink;
